What is FIRM? What is FIRM AssetReady™?

FIRM AssetReady™ is a comprehensive Spare Parts Assurance System designed by Teams Engineering to ensure that maintenance teams have the right spare part, for the right equipment, at the right time.

The solution integrates engineering, maintenance, warehouse operations, and enterprise asset management systems to validate engineering data, improve equipment reliability, optimize inventory investment, and reduce maintenance delays.

Unlike traditional inventory reviews that focus primarily on stock levels, AssetReady™ begins with the engineering requirements of each asset. It validates Bills of Materials (BOMs), OEM documentation, maintenance strategies, equipment criticality, and material master data before optimizing inventory, ensuring that spare parts decisions are driven by asset reliability rather than warehouse transactions.
